Submission Guidelines & Code of Ethics

  • Originality: All submitted papers must report original, previously unpublished research results, and not be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Double-Blind Review: Author names, affiliations, and identifying credentials must be removed from the initial review PDF.
  • Length & Format: Regular papers should be 6–10 pages in standard double-column IEEE/ICNSEA template format.
  • Publication: All presented papers will appear in the official ISBN Conference Proceedings and eligible for Scopus/WoS targeted journals.
